Breakfast 08:00-10:00
Between 08-10 we serve breakfast with a lovely variety of hot and cold options. Breakfast is included in the room price if you book a room.
Other guests can book breakfast with us for SEK 155 per person (half price for children between 2-12 years and free for children under 2 years).
Lunch & Coffee at 12:00-16:00
Open daily, as well as weekends from Easter and until September. Order at the reception and sit down where you want to sit, and we will serve at the table. You do not need to book a table for lunch and coffee.
Dinner from 18:00
Experience a dinner with the most beautiful view of the Stockholm Archipelago. The kitchen closes at 21:00 but you are welcome to sit and enjoy the sunset. If you want something more to drink, the restaurant/hotel is open until 23:00 in the summer. At other times of the year, the restaurant closes at 22:00.
Hotel guests always have a table reserved. Other guests, please book a table.

Barbecue evenings with live music
Thursdays during the summer we have barbecue evenings with live music. The grill menu then replaces the regular menu. Start at 18:00 on the outdoor terrace where the chef grills as much as you can eat, followed by the evening's dessert.
Please book a table to get a guaranteed seat.
Christmas buffet 2026
Experience the Christmas magic of Fredriksborg with a Christmas buffet. We serve at the table with refills of what you want. During the period 27 Nov - 20 Dec, the Christmas buffet replaces the regular à la carte menu (Conference guests can choose a menu during this period).
