Conference at Fredriksborg

Fredriksborg is a fantastic place for conferences

At Fredriksborg you can have the entire hotel yourself at low or no additional cost. Weekdays October-April you often have the hotel to yourself and if you are more than eight participants, exclusivity is both guaranteed and free of charge.

For weekends and the period May-September, exclusivity depends on the booking situation. Contact us as early as possible, even if you only want to book tentatively, and we will try to plan and redirect as much as possible.

Our premises

The Hårlemanska room in the main building has room for about 16-18 people in U-shaped seating and about 35 people in cinema seating.

Fredriksborg Fortress can be furnished for 100+ seated at conferences or used for music, exhibitions and mingling – A completely unique environment, with good acoustics with contemporary modernities such as electricity and WiFi. More casual but with an unbeatable view 60 meters above sea level, the observation tower is on the roof.

Our event tent of 150 sqm can accommodate 100-140 people depending on the furnishing.

The Orangery can also be booked. Nice and good soundproofing, but it can get hot with windows/doors closed on a sunny day, luckily we can open them up so you get a view of our beautiful archipelago. It is possible to have a projector there, but it can be difficult to see what is shown during the daytime.

Our conference arrangements always include conference rooms, technology (projector, whiteboard, conference speakers, etc.) and water and fruit.

Day Conferences

Public holiday conference

Morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee. from 995 SEK/person. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., other times by appointment.

Full-day conference with dinner

Morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee and a three-course dinner. from 1.495 SEK/person. For larger groups, e.g. in the fortress, according to the quote.

Christmas dinner conference

Morning, all-day or day-long conference with Christmas buffet. From 995 kr.

Day conferences with courses

Full-day conference with overnight stay

Full board as above, 3-course dinner and breakfast buffet. 2.390 SEK/person in a shared room or 2.990 SEK/person in a separate double room.

Courses of at least two days

Exclusivity possible and free of charge weekdays October-April. Menus can be customized. Price based on the number of participants, day of the week and course duration.

Half-day conference (departure day)

Morning coffee and lunch. from 695 SEK/person

Full-day conference (departure day)

Morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee. from 795 SEK/person

No room costs are charged when you book a conference with us and technology is always included.
