Personal data controller

The company is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data and is responsible for such processing taking place in accordance with applicable legislation.

The company bases the processing of your personal data on a number of legal grounds and for a number of purposes as described below.

If you do not provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to fulfill our agreement or fulfill our obligations in relation to your company.

Who can access your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed by us and, if there are, subsidiaries and/or parent companies. In addition, your personal data may be shared with third parties who process personal data on our behalf, so-called personal data assistants. For example, our IT and system suppliers may gain access to your personal data. We and our suppliers and partners only process your personal data within the EU/EEA.

How do we protect your personal data?

We and our IT and system suppliers have taken several security measures to protect the personal data that is processed. We have firewalls and anti-virus software to protect and prevent unauthorized access to our networks and systems. Our employees have strict instructions to handle all personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Only some of our employees have access to the spaces and systems where the personal data is stored and passwords and usernames are required to log into these systems.

Transfer to third countries

Transfer of personal data to a state outside the EU and EEA requires the Personal Data Controller’s written consent in advance and may only take place if conditions for transfer to third countries as set out in Applicable Data Protection Legislation have been met.

How long do we store your personal data?

We retain your personal data as long as it is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our commitment, i.e. providing the service, invoicing, handling complaints or reclamations and more. If you have consented to your contact details being in our customer register, they will remain until you wish for the details to be removed.

Your rights

In accordance with current data protection legislation, you have the right to access information about which personal data we process about you and the right to request correction of your personal data. Under certain conditions, you also have the right to request deletion or limitation of your personal data or to object to our processing. You also have the right under certain conditions to obtain the personal data concerning you that you provided to us in a structured, generally used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this to another personal data controller.

You have the right to revoke a given consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect from the time the revocation is made. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing. If you have any complaints regarding our processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority that exercises supervision over companies’ handling of personal data.
